Brighton's "leftfield disco donald" Mr Senor Mick keeper of all things dark and twisted in the world of out there disco music recently dropped off this mix for us.
Padded Cell, Alexander Robotnik, Joe Smooth, Man Parrish and Al Usher all get a look in plus the incredible "Ma Foom Bey" by Culture Vibe pops up half way through.
All tracks are on vinyl release plus this mix was conducted in the proper old skool fashion of one attempt only, can't say fairer than that.

ReplyDeleteMick's been around for a long time, sort of backbone of the Brighton DJ community for many years. I remember in 2006 when coming back from Bestival we both spoke about the disco scene (or lack of it in Brighton) now look whats bloody happened :)I'll pass on your thumbs up mate
