80's Dance Music Television

This one's lifted from a recording of UK Soul Train which was an early evening television show on the fledgling Channel 4 back in the 80's which went to air every Friday.

If memory serves right the show may of been called Solid Soul, anyway a great time capsule moment of when dancing meant putting on your best and polishing up your moves in readiness for a big night out.
